This process was built from decades of on-set coaching, private audition work, interviews with casting directors, producers, and actors, and countless hours ruminating over how to condense this information into a format that would be helpful to a three minute self tape!!I Eventually it became a six-step process that has helped many people reclaim their creativity, confidence, and connection to their own work.

As our industry pushes into a new and hopefully more conscious era, this is the moment to stay in shape, continue training, and prepare for what comes next.
